DERWIN offer fully integrated ultra pure water plant using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques for the wafer fabrication and semiconductor industries.

The system designed to produce ultra pure water incorporates a combination of treatment processes including, chemical reactions, clarification, filtration, reverse osmosis, deionisation, catalysis, ultra filtration, ultraviolet irradiation, ozonation and the use of specialty piping system.

The system design ensures efficient removal and control of the total ionic content, particle count for a given size, total organic carbon, bacteria levels, dissolved gases and silica.

Pre-treatment And Ion-Exchange Package

DERWIN offers combination of pre-treatment technology for ion exchange and reverse osmosis system. The typical pre-treatment technology used are multimedia filtration, activated carbon adsorption, cartridge filtration, acid/alkali injection, water softening, anti-scalant injection, colloidal removal, UV sterilization and membranes filtration.

Reverse Osmosis System And Membranes Filtration

DERWIN offers both reverse osmosis and membrane filtration for desalination and filtration of brackish water or seawater. Reverse osmosis is used in a broad spectrum of potable, industrial and specific water desalination applications. Membrane filtration like ultra filter and micro-filter are used as stand-alone unit or pre-treatment for reverse osmosis or ion-exchange package.
